All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

Appointment dates and times are subject to confirmation by JS CLASSY CLEANING SERVICE.

4. Pricing and Payments

All service prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Property size

  • Cleaning requirements

  • Service duration

  • Property condition

  • Additional requested services

Payment may be required before, during, or upon completion of the service as agreed between the customer and the company.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Inform us of any special cleaning requirements before the appointment.

  • Secure valuable items, cash, jewelry, and important documents.

  • Ensure pets are properly controlled during service visits.

JS CLASSY CLEANING SERVICE shall not be liable for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our services, JS CLASSY CLEANING SERVICE shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from faulty installations or maintenance issues.

  • Delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Satisfaction and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will investigate the issue and may offer a re-clean, service credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
